The quality of the ingredients are second to none. Never cared a whole lot for oatmeal BUT things have changed. I try to have a bowl every morning as it seems to give me plenty of oomph to get through the day. I absolutely love it.

Big Deal Oatmean blew it out of the water with this. I have been looking for a filling oatmeal, minus all the fillers and John did an amazing job of this. Not to sweet either as I have removed most sugars out of my diet. What a great meal!!
